Camp Crestridge for Girls is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, just 20 minutes east of Asheville. The camp staff are passionate about helping campers grow the whole self: spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially. Opportunities for paid ministry are available in many different areas. The greatest need is for camp counselors. The role of a counselor is rooted in service, loving kids unconditionally, and sharing Christ in daily life. Activities include Puppies, Rock Climbing, Cooking, Grilling, Embroidery, Watercolor, Bible Study, Woodworking, Outdoor Living, Sports, Guitar, Worship Leading and so much more. We have additional positions for activity directors, junior counselors, adventure staff, office staff, drivers, and photographers. Base counselor salaries begin at $330/week plus food and lodging. Counselors live in cabins with campers and receive 2.5 days off per two-week session. Internship opportunities are available. Employment runs late May through early August. We are a noncompetitive, non-regimented camp focused on fun, growth and instruction.
