Camp Oochigeas is much more than a summer camp. Camp Oochigeas offers year-round programs for children affected by childhood cancer at our site in Muskoka, at the Hospital for Sick Children and in the community.

Through these programs Camp Oochigeas provides fun and meaningful experiences to approximately 445 children affected by cancer each year at no cost to their families. This is all made possible by the generous support of ...read moreour donors and volunteers.

Kids with cancer are used to "grown up" experiences. Children more familiar with blood tests and doctor's appointments are suddenly introduced to a world of sunshine, fresh air, and fun with kids just like them. All activities are adaptive and inclusive so campers of all physical and mental abilities can participate. Activities include water-skiing, rock climbing, swimming, canoeing and more.
