Camp Runoia is a down-to-earth girls’ sleepaway camp located in central Maine. Camp Runoia is located on a crystal clear lake with a private sandy beach in Central Maine. The camp experience at Runoia is about trying new things in a safe, supportive, and fun atmosphere.
Activities include: sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, sailing, waterskiing, kayaking, SUP, archery, arts and crafts, theatre, pottery, stained glass, riflery, tennis, soccer, swimming, ropes course, environmental education, camping trips and outdoor living skills. Our exceptional English horseback riding program is open to campers of all skill levels! Our experienced adult leadership team has decades of experience in camping & education. We are especially proud of our specifically curated 10 day Rookie Programs for 6-9 year olds (Harmony Land) and 10-12 year olds (Harmony Heights).

Learn to design game mechanics. Game designers invent how a game functions and flows from beginning to end.

Programming (ages 9-19)
Learn to write game code. Game programmers implement a design and import assets to develop a playable game.
3D Graphics (ages 13-19)
Learn to build and animate three-dimensional models with visual effects. 3-D artists produce artwork for games and movies.
Leadership (ages 1-19)
Learn to work effectively with children, peers, and supervisors. Trainees develop skills to succeed as a camp counselor.
