Guided by positive reinforcement and the power of choice, our outcome-focused program employs effective therapeutic and educational principles. As an intentionally small, owner-operated program, we serve adolescents (ages 13-20) of all genders from all over the world.
Summit Achievement students may exhibit any of the following: low self-esteem, low motivation, poor school performance, school refusal, drug or alcohol abuse, impulsive behavior, depression, anxiety, poor decision-making, poor or inaccurate self-image, adoption issues, susceptibility to negative peer pressure, and refusal to take responsibility for actions. Our evidence based approach provides a comprehensive, positively focused treatment environment. Students participate in individual, group, and family counseling, substance abuse counseling, classroom academic(s), challenging outdoor experiences, and family visits. Licensed, masters level therapists develop individualized treatment plans for each student to address the specific behavioral and motivational problems that they are experiencing at home or in school.
