Girl Scouts of Central Maryland's resident camp, Camp Conowingo, is 600 acres of forest and fields adjacent to the Susquehanna River in Conowingo, Cecil County, Maryland. The property is composed of nine parcels acquired by Girl Scouts of Central Maryland between 1955 and 1973, including Bell Manor, a historic Victorian home from the 1860's, high and low ropes courses, a pool & lagoon, archery fields, rockwall, nature trails, horseback stables & rings and more.

Activities at Camp Conowingo include Travel Camps, Swimming, Horseback Riding, Ropes Course, Archery, Canoeing, Arts & Crafts, Rock Climbing, Hiking, Fishing, Nature and Ecology. You do not have to be a Girl Scout to attend. Girls will stay in cabins, platform tents, teepees or yurts in their week-long stay at camp. Not ready for a full week try our half week or weekend programs.
