Camp Huawni
Residential coed summer camp
Started in 1965 and still family-owned and operated today, Camp Huawni is a co-ed overnight summer camp for girls (ages 7-16) and boys (ages 7-15), located in the scenic pine forests of East Texas near Timpson. Camp Huawni enrolls 130 campers in each of four sessions, two sessions of 2-week duration and two sessions lasting 1-week.
Camp Huawni is based on Christian principles and driven by our Five Core Values of: FUN, MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS, OUTDOORS, PERSONAL GROWTH and TRADITION. These important beliefs are modeled by the Camp Huawni staff and influence the full and wholesome Huawni experience. Yes, we really do have monkeys and 100's of other animals. We are an animal lovers dream come true! Our curiosity guided programs offer a safe place to interact with over 300 animals! 26 week long courses include; Jr Vet, Adopt an Animal, Pottery, CSI, Archery, Survival Skills, Cooking, Crafts, Fishing, Riflery, Build it yourself physics lab and so much more.

Residential coed summer camp
Conveniently situated in the Arbuckle Mountains, Camp Classen is a dynamic and safe coed summer camp for ages 8-17. Only the most mature role models are selected as staff and highly trained to run programs such as aquatics, western horseback riding, outdoor living skills, and other traditional camp activities such as archery, riflery and crafts. Camp Classen has adventure trips and ranch camp for 13-16 year olds and Leadership Development Programs for 17 year olds.

Rocky River Ranch

Rocky River Ranch has been committed to inspiring independence in girls and young women since 1953. We are a small, private camp offering one-week, ten-day, and two-week sessions to campers ranging in age from 7 - 14 years old.
Summer Institute for the Gifted
Coed Camps with Residential & Day Camp Sessions
Gifted students in grades K-12 can participate in the renowned Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) program. Hosted at some of the most famous colleges and universities in the country such as Princeton University, Dartmouth College and UC Berkeley, SIG has the best well-rounded program for gifted students as it combines academics, social, cultural and recreational opportunities. Students live and learn on campus for three-weeks, leaving with the additional confidence gained by an experience that is all their own.
Because of our small classes, low teacher-student ratio, and teaching assistants, SIG is able to individualize the program for each and every student. Student safety, security and health are our top priority as SIG programs are well staffed for careful supervision. Ten day programs are available for younger students and most of our residential programs have a commuter option. Our more than 25 years of experience have made us the leading organization in the field.
The Summer Institute for the Gifted is the program of the National Society for the Gifted (www.nsgt.org), a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) foundation.
Camp Honey Creek for Girls
Residential girls' summer camp
Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Camp Honey Creek offers a safe camping experience for girls ages 6 to 17. Our goal is to make each girl feel better about herself and others. The majority of senior staff members are educators and have been associated with camping for over 20 years. Individual attention is not just a phrase, but a REALITY at Camp Honey Creek!
Traditional camp activities are offered; swimming, horseback riding, riflery, archery, tennis, chorus, workshop, challenge course and campcraft. We offer 10, 22, or 31 day options with 2 sessions per summer.
Camp Woodmont
Residential coed summer camp
A smaller-sized traditional summer camp with extremely close owner supervision. Camp owner Jane Bennett, along with her two children, camp directors Tyran Bennett and Alyson Bennett Gondek are hands-on camp directors with extensive qualifications (see below).
All counseling staff are college students and undergo extensive interviews, background checks and on-site director-led training including five days of climbing and high ropes training led by nationally known trainers, a four-day American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certification class led by camp director and Red Cross instructor Tyran Bennett; and Archery certification. Both directors are certified horseback riding instructors and we also send staff to a horseback safety clinic. We top off all this specialty training with a full week of camp policy and activities training immediately prior to camp start.
Our family-type atmosphere means we can get to know every camper; it gives younger campers a feeling of reassurance and belonging and older campers a chance to grow and contribute in a community of support. Our traditional program includes extensive arts/crafts and performing arts as well as sports, aquatics, horseback riding, high adventure and much more.

Residential Coed Special Needs Summer Camp
Charis Hills is a Christian, co-ed, residential summer camp which helps kids with learning differences build confidence and find success. We have one to three week sessions serving campers ages 7 to 18. We welcome campers with ADHD, learning disabilities as well as high functioning Autism and Asperger's. Campers also receive academic tutoring & enrichment for one activity period a day by certified teachers. Campers discover a highly persoalized, fun filled and nurturing environment while filling their heart's desire to be acceptd and succeed in new activities.
Charis Hills is located one hour NW of DFW International Airport in the beautiful Cross Timbers area! Twin Lakes offers Day Camps for ages 5-10, Overnight Camps for ages 6-12 and an incredible year round Conference and Retreat Center all nestled on 470 beautiful acres and two lakes.

Camp Grady Spruce YMCA

Camp Grady Spruce is made up of three individual summer camp sites: Main Camp (7-12 yr old boys), Ray Bean Camp (7-12 yr old girls), Frontier Camp (13-16 yr old co-ed). All three summer camps offer similar activities such as water skiing, sailing, and horses, and each with the opportunity to progress to more challenging levels. In addition to these activities, Frontier Camp also offers Trip Camping and opportunities to develop their leadership skills through programs such as Counselor-in-Training.

Camp Stanislaus
Boys' Camp with Residential & Day Camp Sessions
The mission of Camp Stanislaus is to provide campers and counselors a safe and enjoyable recreational and learning experience in the Catholic tradition and according to the charism of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart.
Camp Stanislaus effectively combines recreational and learning activities during its three-week operation. Activities include: Sailing, Water Skiing, Archery, Rifles, Hobbies, Baseball, Dances, Beach Games, Tennis, Basketball, Swimming, Arts and Crafts, Weightlifting, Volleyball, Bonfires, Fishing, Movies, Soccer, Barbecues, Skit Nights, Football, Reading, Karaoke Shows, and various Beach Activities.
Campers also enjoy weekly "Mystery Trips" on Sunday afternoons. Some of these trips include: Global Wildlife, Skate Parks, Audubon Zoo, the Aquarium and IMAX Theater, Stennis Space Center, the USS Alabama Battleship, and Bowling. There are also special trips to Ship Island, Zephyrs Baseball games, and Offshore Fishing.
Campers also participate in a 2-hour a day enrichment program, which can include: reading, math, robotics, art, weight lifting, sports instruction, computers, and much more.
Pinebrook Farms Horsemanship Camp
Residential Coed and Girls Horsemanship CampThe goal of our co-educational, resident camp is for youngsters ages 7-15 to safely learn good horsemanship, while having a great time in a family oriented atmosphere. Activities and programs also teach responsibility, cooperation, courage and self esteem
Camp activities may include: daily riding lessons, horse shows, safe horsemanship instruction, guest lecturers, games & sports, archery, art lessons, crafts, swimming, fishing, trail rides, photography, cookouts, hayrides, and awards.
Camp Highlander

Camp Highlander is a co-ed residential summer camp devoted to the growing and nurturing of boys and girls, ages 5-16 in a safe, fun-filled environment since 1957. Located in the mountains of North Carolina, our goal is to give children memories to fill their hearts, friendships to last a lifetime, and achievements to give them confidence while encouraging them to build character and strong values that will remain with them always. Our qualified and caring staff are able leaders, dedicated to providing each child with an exciting summer of adventure, while maintaining the highest standards of safety in all programs.
Our program consists of over 35 on-camp activities with five primary disciplines including sports, waterfront, arts, horseback riding and wilderness experience. One thing that makes Camp Highlander so unique is our wonderful off-camp adventures. Whitewater rafting trips to the Nantahala River, overnights in Pisgah Forest, water-skiing at Lake Keowee, swimming in the beautiful waterfalls and Looking Glass Falls . . . taking our campers into the magical Appalachian mountains is the highlight of their experience.
