Founded in 1909, Camp Lincoln for Boys and Camp Lake Hubert for Girls are separate non-sectarian, single gender, traditional camps focusing on skill and character development for boys and girls age 8-17. DayJams was created for kids between the ages of 8-15 by the National Guitar Workshop (NGW), the nation's largest summer music program. Since 1984, NGW has been teaching musicians at overnight programs across North America. At DayJams, younger students obtain a similar experience at day camps in their own communities. Our professional staff of music teachers, art teachers, and counselors is committed to providing a safe, fun-filled week of music and creativity.

Camp BuckskinCamp Buckskin is an overnight summer camp that specializes in serving boys and girls ages 6-18 who have academic and/or social skill needs. More specifically, the majority of our campers have AD/HD, Learning Disabilities, Aspergers or similar needs. They have a world of potential in many areas that has yet to be developed. They simply need extra support to convert their potentials into abilities.
Camp Buckskin provides a mix of traditional camp and some academic activities each day, in addition to a Personal Growth program which addresses social skill development. In this program we work to help our campers learn to build and maintain positive peer relations, to become more self reliant, and to develop better problem solving/coping skills.
As a result of this growth, our campers return home with greater self confidence and a strengthened self concept.
Outward BoundOutward Bound, a national nonprofit organization, offers over 500 adventure-based courses - year round - serving adults, teens and youth (ages 12+).
Course activities include rock climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking, mountaineering, sailing, dogsledding, canoeing and rafting in some of the most untouched wilderness areas across the nation. No matter the activity, courses focus on learning through experience, compassion, leadership and responsibility to both team and the environment. Courses range in length from 4 days to three months in length. Scholarships are available.

Zoo Camp is a coed day camp located at the Minnesota Zoo in the suburb of Apple Valley, Minnesota. Zoo Camp is a place where campers have fun while learning about animals in a safe environment and is led by highly trained staff.
Campers who attend camp at the Minnesota Zoo do things such as visit a rainforest, touch a snake, create a sandpaper shark and even dig for dinosaur bones. Our naturalist educators are specially trained to guide preschool through 12th grade students in exploring the natural world and the Minnesota Zoo through games, activities, creature crafts, animal demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes tours.
Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning CenterWolf Ridge is an accredited residential environmental school by the North Central Association and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation. Located on 2000 acres above Lake Superior in Northern Minnesota, our summer programs immerse 6 - 18 year olds in hands-on, direct experiences in nature that promote the values of personal growth; conservation and stewardship; social understanding, respect, cooperation; and life-long learning.

The Audubon Center of the North Woods, an NCA-accredited residential environmental learning center, is a leader in offering meaningful nature experiences to people of all ages. Through our North Woods Wilderness Adventures, we provide a different kind of summer camp experience - an opportunity to engage teens in nature through a variety of outdoor activities and challenges that promote environmental awareness, compassion, teamwork and an ethic of care for the earth.
Our wilderness adventures start at our center on 535 acres on the east side of Grindstone Lake in east central Minnesota, where campers prepare for their trip by reviewing canoeing and camping skills. Our naturalist staff is highly trained, caring, engaging, knowledgeable, first-aid and CPR-certified.
