Residential Coed and Girls Horsemanship CampThe goal of our co-educational, resident camp is for youngsters ages 7-15 to safely learn good horsemanship, while having a great time in a family oriented atmosphere. Activities and programs also teach responsibility, cooperation, courage and self esteem

Camp Honey Creek for Girls

Located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Camp Honey Creek offers a safe camping experience for girls ages 6 to 17. Our goal is to make each girl feel better about herself and others. The majority of senior staff members are educators and have been associated with camping for over 20 years. Individual attention is not just a phrase, but a REALITY at Camp Honey Creek!
Traditional camp activities are offered; swimming, horseback riding, riflery, archery, tennis, chorus, workshop, challenge course and campcraft. We offer 10, 22, or 31 day options with 2 sessions per summer.

Conveniently situated in the Arbuckle Mountains, Camp Classen is a dynamic and safe coed summer camp for ages 8-17. Only the most mature role models are selected as staff and highly trained to run programs such as aquatics, western horseback riding, outdoor living skills, and other traditional camp activities such as archery, riflery and crafts. Camp Classen has adventure trips and ranch camp for 13-16 year olds and Leadership Development Programs for 17 year olds.

Camp Waldemar
Residential Girls' Summer CampCamp Waldemar is a private Christian girls' camp nestled on the banks of the Guadalupe River in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Waldemar was established in 1926 with the mission to provide a wholesome and fun atmosphere where campers and counselors can grow spiritually, mentally, and physically while becoming their finest self.

Camp Highlander is a co-ed residential summer camp devoted to the growing and nurturing of boys and girls, ages 5-16 in a safe, fun-filled environment since 1957. Located in the mountains of North Carolina, our goal is to give children memories to fill their hearts, friendships to last a lifetime, and achievements to give them confidence while encouraging them to build character and strong values that will remain with them always. Our program consists of over 35 on-camp activities with five primary disciplines including sports, waterfront, arts, horseback riding and wilderness experience. At Camp Olympia's Junior Golf Academy, boys & girls ages 8-16 receive PGA instruction and have access to the nationally acclaimed Whispering Pines Golf Club. All skill levels are welcome. Golfers will also experience the fun of Camp Olympia by participating in a variety of activities, like waterskiing & horseback, and nightly camp programs.

Camp Woodmont
Residential coed summer camp
A smaller-sized traditional summer camp with extremely close owner supervision. Camp owner Jane Bennett, along with her two children, camp directors Tyran Bennett and Alyson Bennett Gondek are hands-on camp directors with extensive qualifications (see below).
All counseling staff are college students and undergo extensive interviews, background checks and on-site director-led training including five days of climbing and high ropes training led by nationally known trainers, a four-day American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certification class led by camp director and Red Cross instructor Tyran Bennett; and Archery certification. Both directors are certified horseback riding instructors and we also send staff to a horseback safety clinic. We top off all this specialty training with a full week of camp policy and activities training immediately prior to camp start.
Our family-type atmosphere means we can get to know every camper; it gives younger campers a feeling of reassurance and belonging and older campers a chance to grow and contribute in a community of support. Our traditional program includes extensive arts/crafts and performing arts as well as sports, aquatics, horseback riding, high adventure and much more.

Boys and Girls Camps with Residential & Day Camp SessionsAt Hunters Chase Farms we are a full equestrian facility located on 45 acres in the beautiful hill country of Wimberley Texas. We offer after school and private lessons, holiday, spring break and summer camps. Experienced, caring staff, a fun, upbeat atmosphere teaching respect for the animals and responsibility coupled with our comprehensive learning program give you, your child and your horse an equestrian experience of a lifetime. We offer a week long girls/boys overnight camp that focuses on Riding and caring for the horses. The kids will ride 2-4 hours everyday along with grooming, bathing and taking care of the horses and other petting zoo animals. The kids will make lifelong friends while hanging out in the cool bunk house or telling stories around the camp fire. Our pool is refreshing during the hot part of the day and the food is awesome.
At our 1-week Boys Cowboy Camp (ages 8 - 13), boys will ride horses everyday in the arena and "Trail blazin". They will learn play day speed events- like barrel racing, how to rope and other cowboy type things.. We will sit around a campfire for dinner, tell stories, eat down-home country cooking with dessert, and make lifelong friends. We will do several fun field trips, including visiting Wonderworld Caves in San Marcos. This camp is for the boy who enjoys the outdoors, animals and getting down and dirty.
