Campers at Techno-tainment Camp work in one-week sessions on chosen projects in a variety of fields, including the opportunity to build upon current projects with two-week Expanded Studio Sessions. Summer Institute for the Gifted
Coed Camps with Residential & Day Camp Sessions
Gifted students in grades K-12 can participate in the renowned Summer Institute for the Gifted (SIG) program. Hosted at some of the most famous colleges and universities in the country such as Princeton University, Dartmouth College and UC Berkeley, SIG has the best well-rounded program for gifted students as it combines academics, social, cultural and recreational opportunities. Students live and learn on campus for three-weeks, leaving with the additional confidence gained by an experience that is all their own.
Because of our small classes, low teacher-student ratio, and teaching assistants, SIG is able to individualize the program for each and every student. Student safety, security and health are our top priority as SIG programs are well staffed for careful supervision. Ten day programs are available for younger students and most of our residential programs have a commuter option. Our more than 25 years of experience have made us the leading organization in the field.

Camp Discovery
Coed Day CampHave a curious young explorer, future veterinarian or aspiring zoologist who seeks out the wilder side of science? Discovery Science Center offers a variety of hands-on, highly interactive summer science camps for ages 5-13.
All camps are one week long and are scheduled during the morning or afternoon. Sessions are offered at Discovery Science Center and at the Santa Ana Zoo and San Joaquin Marsh in Irvine.

Accredited by Stanford University, DMA is "The Summer Digital Art and Technology Camp for Kids and Teens!" DMA is ideal for students of all ages wanting exposure to the most relevant software used in Hollywood and the entertainment industry, video game design, and web design while gaining hands-on experience under the eye of accomplished professionals. Whether to explore and area of interest, gain practical skills for the future or just have an incredible time with friends, DMA is unparalleled.
DMA offers day and overnight courses in the US and Canada in weekly and multi-week sessions for youth, age 6-18. DMA courses accommodate a wide variety of digital media interests in a more sophisticated learning environment than other summer computer camps. All courses are project based and taught by industry professionals and classroom teachers who have a passion for inspiring young minds. An average student to instructor ratio of 6 to 1 allows for plenty of individual attention as students explore, create and immerse themselves in an environment that is more like a production studio than a classroom.
Our programs are separated out by age groups: Teens (13-17), Pre-Teens (11-14), Kids programs called Digital Media Adventures (9-12), and Jr. Adventures (6-8). Course topics include game design, digital filmmaking, digital photography, web design, 3d animation, and visual effects.
