Our one and three-week camps offer teens the chance to explore the full realm of archaeology from developing a research design, to excavating in the field with professional archaeologists, analyzing artifacts, and recording data in the laboratory. At our pithouse and pueblo learning centers, girls and boys can try their hand at spear-throwing with an atlatl, making fire without matches, making pottery, and playing traditional American Indian games. Rawhide Ranch, as seen in USA Today, was established in 1963. Campers learn to ride in our nationally accredited western riding program. Geneva Glen Camp has operated for 85 consecutive summers in the majestic beauty of the Colorado Rockies. Just 30 minutes from Denver, a wide range of activities are offered for campers 6-16. Children have made life-long friends and experienced enriching, fun and magial summers for generations as part of Geneva Glen's rich tradition. 2 week to 8 week themed programs are available.

Activities include: horseback riding, swimming, hiking, climbing, ropes course, drama, arts & crafts, sports and many more.

Summer Camp is an important part of being a kid! Kids at Camp Ocean Pines in Cambria, CA get to explore different beaches and ocean life on the central coast. "Ocean Adventures" is the theme where kids connect to nature and arts and the sea. Make new friends and explore new places! This resident camp is a perfect blend of nature and adventure for students age 8 - 15. Students at Ocean Adventures will be kayaking in Morro Bay, tide pooling in Cambria, body boarding in Cayucos, swimming at San Simeon cove, and jade hunting and hiking in Big Sur.

Along with great ocean based activities, students will get to try different types of arts and crafts also enjoy many other traditional camp activities. We have two, week-long campouts in Big Sur and Morro Bay! Sleep in tents under magnificent redwoods or at the beach, hike the hidden creeks, camp out under the stars, kayak on the bay, horseback ride on the beach. Nature loving students will see the endangered California condor, the Stellars' sea lion, and fuzzy sea otters. Meals cooked over the campfire, with evening songs and stories under the stars.

Explore Santa Catalina Island in Southern California. Learn to Scuba dive, snorkel, surf, take underwater photos and video, and learn marine science (some activities are age specific- please call for details). Opens July and ends in August. For ages 8-17.

Activities include: scuba certification, snorkeling, underwater video and photography, marine science, surfing, ocean kayaking and more.

Safe - Fun - Challenging: "Ride the Best in the West!" Primarily a horsemanship camp, if your camper has never been on a horse, they'll learn to groom, saddle and ride "from the hoof up." If your camper already rides, they'll improve their skills with fun choices like roping, barrel racing, pole bending, jumping, & more! As our Camp sits on a 26,000 acre working cattle ranch, campers take rides over beautiful scenic trails - some of the west's last remaining vistas. Regardless of your child's riding level or interest, our CHA certified instructors offer superior instruction in both Western and English riding disciplines.

When not in the saddle campers have the choice of traditional camp activities such as archery, swimming, desert survival and more! Weekly field trips find our campers exploring Montezuma's Castle, cheering at the Frontier's Days Rodeo & Parade, and visiting historic Jerome or Flagstaff and other amazing sights! For the "Summer of a Lifetime," send your camper to Orme! Established by one of Arizona's pioneer families in 1929, Orme is proudly accredited by the American Camp Association. Two to eight week sessions each features a special theme in addition to the regular horsemanship and other activities listed above.

Camp Mountain Chai is a Jewish resident coed camp located ion the San Bernardino Mountains. We help campers gain personal independence, build self confidence, make new friends. Our facilities feature a 40 foot climbing tower, Ropes Course, trails for hiking and biking, kosher kitchen, cabins with heat and bathrooms and showers.

Activities include rock climbing, Ropes Course, mountain biking, nature, ceramics, arts and crafts, drama, dance, radio, swimming, canoeing and much mores. Sessions - 1,2,3,4 or 5 wks.

Nestled among the hills of the Los Padres National Forest, the private, tucked-away 55 acre resident camp is bounded by hiking trails and hosts an abundance of wildlife in an oak woodland area. Cachuma Lake and its amenities are within easy walking distance.

5 day sessions in July and August. Membership to the Boys and Girls Club is included in the cost of the camp. Scholarships are available. Campers are between the ages of 6 and 13 years old.

Mountain Camp is a traditional, co-ed, resident camp for children seven to fifteen. Located on a beautiful high sierra lake near Lake Tahoe, Mountain Camp offers a minimal technology, high adventure, outdoor experience designed to make every camper "a winner".

Activities include: Sailing, Ropes Course, Mountain Biking, Wakeboarding/ Water Skiing/ Tubing, Guitar, Radio Station, Fencing, Arts and Crafts, Dance, Archery, Overnights, and much much more!!! Camp season runs from early June to Late August. Ages 7 - 15.

CSC is a coed, residential summer camp located in the beautiful San Juan mountains near Durango, CO. We offer a strong mix of traditional camp programs and wilderness trips.
