Campers don't just learn about Colonial history; they live it firsthand. Travel back to the time when our nation was born and live as our patriot forefathers did using authentic equipment and accouterments of the 1700's.

Activities include: shoot black powder musket, throw a tomahawk, make moccasins, candle making, make dolls, write with quill and ink, cook on open fire, and much more. Four sessions starting in June.

Set along a sparkling trout stream, Camp Arrowhead for Boys has over 200 acres of woodland, streams, meadows, and trails for boys to explore. Founded in 1937, the mission of Camp Arrowhead is to build the character, confidence, courage, and compassion of young boys through time honored camping traditions, exciting outdoor adventures, unique creatively focused programs, and the timeless teachings of Jesus Christ.

Our programming includes the traditional camp activities of hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, swimming, archery, fishing, and riflery- and we take it a step further by including blacksmithing, woodworking, and ceramics taught by craftsmen and artisans from all over the southeast.

Deep Woods Camp provides a range of wilderness experiences for boys as an entire program. Small enrollment - 28 campers in each session - allows for individual attention.

All campers participate in hiking, backpacking, whitewater canoeing and rafting, rock climbing and mountain biking.

Camp Raven Knob is one of the largest Boy Scout camps in the United States. Troops attend for one week periods from all across the state and nation.

Raven Knob offers instruction in 40+ merit badges, as well as programs for new scouts and adventure programs for older scouts.
