Cherith camps cover North America and provide a unique setting away from a camper's normal activities. Camp Cherith is a wonderful environment for teaching Christian values and life skills in the camp setting. It is a place where campers learn to make Christ a part of every aspect of their life.

Each of the 22 camps offer a variety of skill activities and outdoor experiences from the traditional camp experiences such as archery, swimming, crafts, and canoeing, to activities such as waterskiing, rock climbing, sailing, and mountain biking that are unique to their geographical area. Some camps have girls weeks, boys weeks, coed, or a combination. Cherith Camping has been around for 60 plus years, is inter-denominational, and affiliated with Pioneer Clubs. Camp Valaqua is a small camp located 45 minutes from Calgary Alberta. Valaqua is a place of community, learning, and adventure. Our program features classic camp activities such as archery, climbing wall and canoeing and many more! Our campers learn self confidence, respect and gain a feeling of community as they play and worship with our fun and dedicated group of counsellors.

Campers are encouraged to recognize God's presence in their own lives, in their relationship with others, and within God's creation.

A wide variety of outdoor programs are offered ranging from mountain biking, rock climbing and whitewater canoeing in summer to ice climbing, skiing and snowshoeing in winter.

The Tim Horton Children's Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization committed to providing an enriched and memorable camp experience for economically disadvantaged children and youth. Every year, our six camps serve over 11,000 resident and day campers from across Canada and the United States. Our staff team is comprised of over 350 people during the peak summer period.

Camp Evergreen is a non-profit, charitable organization owned and operated by the Mennonite Brethren Churches or Alberta. The Camp is located on 480 acres of natural beauty 14km south of Sundre. We offer a well-balanced program of individual & group activities, skill instruction and Bible teaching carried out by committed Christian staff.

At camp Evergreen the key to every week of summer camp is fun! Every camp we offer is packed full of a wide range of activities for all types of personalities. For our Junior camps every camper will participate in camp activities at a beginner level. In our Intermediate and Teen camps each camper is given the opportunity to choose their favorite activities as part of their daily schedule.
