Course activities include rock climbing, sea kayaking, backpacking, mountaineering, sailing, dogsledding, canoeing and rafting in some of the most untouched wilderness areas across the nation. No matter the activity, courses focus on learning through experience, compassion, leadership and responsibility to both team and the environment. Courses range in length from 4 days to three months in length. Scholarships are available.

Camp Nashoba NorthNashoba North offers a wonderful summer camp experience for boys and girls ages 7 to 15. Located on the shore of Crescent Lake in the Sebago Lake region of southern Maine, Nashoba North is nestled on ninety-five acres of pinewoods and open fields. Campers enjoy breathtaking mountain views and serene peacefulness.
We have a large array of water sports on crystal clear Crescent Lake. Beautiful facilities and cabins are bright and equipped with showers, toilets and electricity. Individual camper schedules. Nashoba has tennis, soccer, theater, dance, archery, pottery, baseball, basketball, woodworking, animal care, art, rock-climbing, and much more! Extensive riding and golf programs. We have an energetic staff in a supportive atmosphere with an fantastic 3 to 1 camper/staff ratio. Excellent health care staff.
Nashoba North is a non-sectarian ACA accredited camp. International campers are welcome. 4, 7, and 8 week sessions; two 1-week horseback riding program; 15 Discovery program for first time campers in grade 5 or below.
YMCA Camp ChingachgookWith a spectacular location on one of the cleanest lakes in the world, top-notch, dedicated staff, and modern yet rustic facilities, Chingachgook is the choice for families, school groups, children's summer camp, conferences and retreats, and sailing programs.
Campers enjoy all kinds of waterfront activities: Chingachgook's extensive lakefront includes two 80-foot docks, a fleet of 70 canoes, kayaks, row boats, sailboats, and water-ski boats.

Campers 10 and older get to design their activity schedule on a daily basis. Younger campers travel with their counselors and cabin mates according to an activity schedule designed for their age.

Campers (5th grade & higher) select their own activities each morning. Campers sign-up with their friends, so they can attend the same activities together that day. Younger campers are provided an activity schedule geared to their age.
