Discovery Day Camp IncDiscovery is a small nurturing camp where each child receives individualized attention. One of our goals is to create an environment in which campers have fun while growing as individuals and as members of a group through participation in a variety of activities. Campers are placed in small age appropriate groups where they receive individualized attention while participating in: swimming (twice daily), arts & crafts, biking, climbing wall, cooking, dance, drama, gymnastics, tennis, a variety of team sports, lead up games, ropes course events, music and nature. Campers enjoy special events one or more times each week. Older campers have weekly field trips and frequent bike hikes.
The young people are challenged to try new skills that are taught in a non-competitive atmosphere as children form memorable relationships with their group and group leaders.

Bluestone Summer CampBluestone offers four one week camping sessions in June and July. Our Resident Program will accomodate youth entering 3rd through 10th Grade, and our Trip Camps are for high school youth entering 10th through 12th Grades.
Our Summer Camping Program is based on a small group philosophy, which consists of one female and one male counselor to a group of around 10-12 kids. A week at Bluestone will provide campers with excellent opportunities for spiritual and personal growth, for meeting new friends, learning new skills, and challenging themselves.
In addition to daily arts and crafts, swim time and song time, Resident Campers have a daily bible study based on the theme of the summer.
